What is the rule for pronouncing 's' as a verb ending in regular verbs in the 3rd person present simple?

No need to get into the hassle of what's voiceless, what's voiced or what a sibilant/hissing sound is. Just illustrate using example letters/sounds from the list below.

Default Re: /s/ /z/ /iz/

- /s/ after voiceless sounds { p, f , th, t , k , h } except for [s, sh, ch] which are voiceless but they belong to another category called 'hissing sounds'

-/iz/ after the hissing sounds [s , z, sh , ch, 3 , d3]

-/z/ after all sounds other than the above.

Photocopiable materials in Teacher's Book

What about the photocopiable material (games and communicative activities) assigned from the Teacher's Book?

Contents of companion website CD

What are the contents of the extra CD named companion website materials?

Language Leader CDs

I attended yesterday's workshop. As far as I understood, The audio files for every unit are supposed to be on the Teacher's CD-ROM. However, It seems I can't find them anywhere. Teacher's CD-ROM - that comes with the Teacher's book- has only audio files of the tests. The CD-ROM is even named "Test Master". The classroom CD-ROM - that comes with the course book - has extra audio files for extra listening activities.
